Specializing in small-batch, naturally leavened sourdough bread and indulgent sourdough-infused pastries, Elevated Crumb brings a touch of artisanal craftsmanship to every bite. Each loaf is carefully fermented, hand-shaped, and baked to achieve that ideal balance of chewy texture and complex flavor. And because we believe sourdough shouldn’t stop at bread, the menu also features elevated sweets—think sourdough chocolate chip cookies, cinnamon rolls with a tangy twist, and other decadent treats with a unique depth of flavor.
